Terms and Conditions

When you “Check out” you are entering into a contractual agreement to buy.

We are located in Arizona. All transactions made locally have to pay local sales tax. Sales tax are the responsibility of the buyer.

What you see is what you get in all photos unless otherwise noted. Any additional questions other than what is stated in regards to the listing must be communicated by email.

The equipment is described to the best of our ability and opinions may vary: Model, Serial, CPL’S or any other information is included for customer verification. If manuals are included, it will be noted in the listing.

Deposits are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any omissions, if you do not see it please ask.

 Shipping Policy

All our items are plus shipping.

The amount you pay is only for the item. Customer needs to contact us for a quote.

We can be reached directly by phone during normal business hours (8 am- 4 pm WST) Monday through Friday at (8 am- 3pm WST)

All our customers are welcome to get their own carrier.

Local pick up:

Buyer is welcome to pick the equipment up but buyer only has to pay for handing if the item has to be loaded with forklift. If the equipment does not has to be loaded with forklift it is free charge.

 Return Policy 

Buyer should contact us within 14 days after receiving item to be eligible for a refund.

We will refund the money if our equipment is not working or if is not described as listed.

Refund will be given as money back only if the item is in the same condition it was shipped.

We are not responsible if the equipment is not installed by a professional technician and the equipment get damage.

Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Buyer is responsible to insured the item for the shipping process. If the item get damage on the way M&L Industrial Equipment is not responsible if the item is not insured
